Esto es d<\/span><span id=\"E262\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">ebido entre otras cosas a<\/span><span id=\"E263\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> que<\/span><span id=\"E264\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"E266\" class=\"qowt-li-3_0 qowt-list qowt-stl-Prrafodelista\"><span id=\"E267\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">No se permea esa informaci\u00f3n a todos los niveles jer\u00e1rquicos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"E268\" class=\"qowt-li-3_0 qowt-list qowt-stl-Prrafodelista\"><span id=\"E269\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">No se traduce la estrategia a acciones concretas para su logro.<\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"E270\" class=\"qowt-li-3_0 qowt-list qowt-stl-Prrafodelista\"><span id=\"E271\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">No se genera una ruta estrat\u00e9gica, es decir, no se establece <\/span><span id=\"E272\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">el<\/span><span id=\"E273\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> \u201cc\u00f3mo\u201d se piensa acomodar dichas acciones en orden l\u00f3gico<\/span><span id=\"E274\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">,<\/span><span id=\"E275\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> para poder avanzar hacia el objetivo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"E276\" class=\"qowt-li-3_0 qowt-list qowt-stl-Prrafodelista\"><span id=\"E277\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">No se establecen los indicadores de medici\u00f3n para cada meta, que permita<\/span><span id=\"E278\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">n<\/span><span id=\"E279\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> saber si en verdad <\/span><span id=\"E280\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">se est\u00e1n <\/span><span id=\"E281\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">teniendo los logros que se espera<\/span><span id=\"E282\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">n<\/span><span id=\"E283\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"E284\" class=\"qowt-li-3_0 qowt-list qowt-stl-Prrafodelista\"><span id=\"E285\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">Y sobre todo, no se consigue que las personas que participan en las diferentes acciones se involucren y comprometan en verdad con la estrategia<\/span><span id=\"E286\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">, por lo que sus aportaciones son<\/span><span id=\"E287\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> a menudo<\/span><span id=\"E288\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> <\/span><span id=\"E289\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">menores a su propia capacidad<\/span><span id=\"E290\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"E292\"><span id=\"E293\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">Por <\/span><span id=\"E294\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">todo <\/span><span id=\"E295\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">lo anterior se han <\/span><span id=\"E296\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">difundido <\/span><span id=\"E297\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> algunas metodolog\u00edas muy \u00fatiles que buscan atacar algunos de los problemas mencionados, como<\/span><span id=\"E298\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> son<\/span><span id=\"E299\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> los Mapas Estrat\u00e9gicos y los Scorecards. Los mapas intentan llevar al equipo de trabajo a un razonamiento l\u00f3gico<\/span><span id=\"E300\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> basado en la relaci\u00f3n causa efecto,<\/span><span id=\"E301\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> de <\/span><span id=\"E302\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">la <\/span><span id=\"E303\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">cual deb<\/span><span id=\"E304\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">en resultar<\/span><span id=\"E305\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> los caminos para llegar a los logros finales que se buscan. De ahi se derivan<\/span><span id=\"E307\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> algunos m\u00e9todos como el <\/span><span id=\"E308\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">conocido <\/span><span id=\"E309\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> modelo \u201cbalanceado\u201d<\/span><span id=\"E310\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> de Kaplan y Norton<\/span><span id=\"E311\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">, que <\/span><span id=\"E312\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">plantea<\/span><span id=\"E313\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> que<\/span><span id=\"E314\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> esos caminos <\/span><span id=\"E315\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">pasen <\/span><span id=\"E316\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">por 4 dimensiones<\/span><span id=\"E317\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">, que definen<\/span><span id=\"E318\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> a su vez<\/span><span id=\"E319\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> las metas u objetivos parciales<\/span><span id=\"E320\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"E322\" class=\"qowt-li-0_0 qowt-list qowt-stl-Prrafodelista\"><span id=\"E323\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">La <\/span><span id=\"E324\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">dimensi\u00f3n <\/span><span id=\"E325\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">F<\/span><span id=\"E326\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">inanciera, que es a final de cuentas lo que toda organizaci\u00f3n persigue para su misi\u00f3n <\/span><span id=\"E327\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">y\/<\/span><span id=\"E328\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">o <\/span><span id=\"E329\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">para <\/span><span id=\"E330\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">su sobre<\/span><span id=\"E331\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">vivencia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"E332\" class=\"qowt-li-0_0 qowt-list qowt-stl-Prrafodelista\"><span id=\"E333\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">La <\/span><span id=\"E334\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">dimensi\u00f3n <\/span><span id=\"E335\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">de <\/span><span id=\"E336\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">los <\/span><span id=\"E337\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">Clientes, que considera que toda empresa tambi\u00e9n tiene su raz\u00f3n de ser en la entrega de un producto o servicio <\/span><span id=\"E338\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">de valor par<\/span><span id=\"E339\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">a alg\u00fan sector de la sociedad.<\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"E340\" class=\"qowt-li-0_0 qowt-list qowt-stl-Prrafodelista\"><span id=\"E341\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">La <\/span><span id=\"E342\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">dimensi\u00f3n <\/span><span id=\"E343\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">de los Proceso Internos, que comprende que para proveer de un producto o servicio de utilidad para el cliente, beneficiario o usuario, se debe contar<\/span><span id=\"E344\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> antes<\/span><span id=\"E345\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> con una operaci\u00f3n interna eficiente.<\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"E346\" class=\"qowt-li-0_0 qowt-list qowt-stl-Prrafodelista\"><span id=\"E347\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">Y l<\/span><span id=\"E348\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">a del Aprendizaje y Crecimiento, que toma en cuenta que para echar a andar toda la estrategia se deben tener los recursos, capital humano, tecnolog\u00eda<\/span><span id=\"E349\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">, conocimientos<\/span><span id=\"E350\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> y proveedores externos que aquella<\/span><span id=\"E351\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">s<\/span><span id=\"E352\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> requiera<\/span><span id=\"E353\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">n<\/span><span id=\"E354\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"E356\"><span id=\"E357\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">Pero los mapas estrat\u00e9gicos no son por s\u00ed solos suficientes para las estrategias empresariales, si no se acompa\u00f1an con la definici\u00f3n de los <\/span><span id=\"E358\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">datos de <\/span><span id=\"E359\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">medi<\/span><span id=\"E360\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">ci\u00f3n<\/span><span id=\"E361\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">; esto es, los indicadores que permitan saber qu\u00e9 se espera de cada meta u objetivo parcial, dentro de la \u201cruta\u201d estrat\u00e9gica que se va siguiendo. Para esto<\/span><span id=\"E362\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">,<\/span><span id=\"E363\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> las empresas usan cada vez m\u00e1s los enfoques a procesos que distinguen al menos 3 tipos de indicadores:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"E365\" class=\"qowt-li-1_0 qowt-list qowt-stl-Prrafodelista\"><span id=\"E366\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">De entrada, son aquellos que establecen y miden los insumos que requiere cada<\/span><span id=\"E367\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> <\/span><span id=\"E368\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">elemento<\/span><span id=\"E369\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> de la estrategia para poder hacer su parte de manera exitosa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"E370\" class=\"qowt-li-1_0 qowt-list qowt-stl-Prrafodelista\"><span id=\"E371\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">De proceso, s<\/span><span id=\"E372\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">on<\/span><span id=\"E373\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> <\/span><span id=\"E374\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">los<\/span><span id=\"E375\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> defin<\/span><span id=\"E376\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">idos<\/span><span id=\"E377\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> y usa<\/span><span id=\"E378\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">dos por<\/span><span id=\"E379\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> los responsables de cada meta parcial para medir el avance de cada acci\u00f3n establecida en su proceso.<\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"E380\" class=\"qowt-li-1_0 qowt-list qowt-stl-Prrafodelista\"><span id=\"E381\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">De salida, los cuales eval\u00faan si los resultados de cada punto de la \u201cruta\u201d estrat\u00e9gica est\u00e1 cumpliendo o no con lo<\/span><span id=\"E382\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">s requisitos<\/span><span id=\"E383\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> que necesita de ella el siguiente punto.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"E385\"><span id=\"E386\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">Cuando a esta informaci\u00f3n se le agregan responsables, acciones y metas espec\u00edficas, as\u00ed como las mediciones<\/span><span id=\"E387\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> de los avances<\/span><span id=\"E388\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\"> reales para hacer los seguimientos, empezamos a tener un sistema de tableros que puede apoyar en verdad a las estrategias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E390\"><span id=\"E391\" class=\"qowt-font2-TimesNewRoman\">Pero a\u00fan ya hecho lo anterior, aun queda el reto de plasmar toda esta informaci\u00f3n en \u201cmapas y tableros\u201d claros, entendibles, funcionales y accesibles para todo el personal involucrado.
